Accessibility Statement
Struxify (owner: Dávid-Dennis Warning, Bürgermeister-Steenbock-Straße 21 a, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany) is committed to making struxify.io accessible to everyone, regardless of physical or technical limitations. This statement contains the accessibility information required by Section 14 and Annex 3 of the German Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), which implements the European Accessibility Act.
1. Description of the service
struxify.io provides information about the Shopify app "Struxify" (AI-powered SEO and GEO automation for Shopify merchants) and links to the free SEO tools at seo.struxify.io. The app itself is obtained and installed exclusively through the Shopify App Store; no contract is concluded on this website. The offer is aimed at businesses.
2. Applicable requirements
My benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549 (chapter 9, Web) referenced by the BFSG and its regulation. Note: Struxify is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Section 2 No. 17 BFSG and is therefore exempt from the statutory accessibility requirements for services under Section 3 (3) BFSG. I implement the requirements voluntarily.
3. Compliance status
Based on my self-assessment of 3 October 2026 (automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard testing), this website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. In particular:
- full keyboard operability, visible focus, "Skip to content" link
- semantic structure (headings, landmarks, lists), dialogs with focus management and Escape key
- sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text)
- text alternatives for images, labels for all controls and form fields
- responsive layout down to 320 px and zoom up to 400 %, respect for the "reduce motion" setting (the background animation and smooth scrolling are then switched off)
- language markup (German/English) follows the selected language
Non-accessible content and known limitations
- The three-dimensional background animation on the home page is purely decorative; it contains no information that is not also available as text. Without the "reduce motion" setting the movement may be distracting for sensitive users.
- The app screenshots show the user interface as images; their content is summarised in the alternative text, not reproduced in full.
- Third-party content (e.g. the exali insurance seal, the Shopify App Store) is outside my control.
